What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team to keep warehouse operations running smoothly
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments—making sure everything is accurate, on time, and high quality
• Keep communication flowing between shifts so nothing gets missed
• Champion safety, food safety, and company standards every day
• Ensure equipment is used safely and efficiently
• Create a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and keep the team motivated
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees to reach their full potential
• Lead engaging shift meetings and keep everyone aligned on goals
• Solve problems quickly and keep operations moving forward
• Investigate and address safety concerns with urgency and care
