Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator is to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers by managing and optimizing logistics, inventory, and other related activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;
  • Keep track of inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels;
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and address any issues or delays;
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for shipments;
  • Enter relevant data into supply chain management systems and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement;
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to provide updates on order status and address any concerns;
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the supply chain process, such as delays, quality issues, or inventory discrepancies;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all supply chain activities;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the supply chain coordination process;
  • Perform other required tasks as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the timely and accurate execution of supply chain activities;
  • Precision in handling order details, documentation, and inventory records;
  • Ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise in the supply chain process;
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to achieve common supply chain goals;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in demand, supply, or other factors affecting the supply chain;
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools for order processing and inventory tracking;
  • Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and ensure the timely fulfillment of orders;
  • Understanding of key supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management;
